Returns
Returning an item to TATTI isn't a problem.
When you chose and bought your product from TATTI, it was delivered to you direct from the Designer and you'd have received an email receipt with a return link.
You've got seven days to decide whether the item is what you expected. If it's not, then click on the return link in your email receipt and follow the on screen instructions.
Please note: The product needs to be returned in its original packaging to the Designer's return address, not TATTI'S! Then a refund will follow.
It's important to note that any made-to-order item can't be returned unfortunately, as it's been made specially for you.
